We invest heavily in lots of media venues in order to “out-market” all of the other homes competing for your buyer... and we are very successful at it. - Your house is not only enrolled in the Multiple Listing Service, but we ensure your MLS listing information is detailed and complete with an Exciting & Inviting description of your home. We give prospective home buyers a lot of information to grab their attention and interest!
- We regularly advertise your home in the newspapers (The Fauquier Times-Democrat, The Fauquier Citizen), real estate publications (The Homebuyers Journal), magazines (Discover), targeted community mailings and the Internet. Our advertising program is designed to encourage prospective buyers to call for a showing.
- Buyers definitely judge properties by the ads they see.
